I am completely ...You're not heartless at all. I am completely unwilling to help anyone around here who stands there with a sign. The economy here is still good enough that you can find a job if you want it, even if it's at McD's or something. I work hard for my money, so why should I just give it away to someone who's unwilling to get a job themselves? This suzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16467903126294690273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15606440.post-80969192480172044522009-08-30T12:47:22.024-04:002009-08-30T12:47:22.024-04:00You are amazing.
I remember a few years ago when ...You are amazing.<br /><br />I remember a few years ago when there was a real shortage of IT jobs around here. There was a man who dressed up in a suit and tie and stood on the corner of a busy intersection every single day during the morning rush hour, holding up a sign that said, "I HAVE A FAMILY. I NEED A JOB. IT SPECIALIST. CALL XXX-XXXX"<br /><br />My heart always jumped up in my throat when I'd drive by and see he was there again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
