I am a Victim of Spell Check
I finally, FINALLY, got my first call from a potential client. A single dad looking for care one day a week for his twin babies. Yay!
He saw the ad in the newspaper and called, despite the fact that they butchered my well thought out blurb. Instead of "Come play with our bunnies." they printed, "Come play with our business."
WHAT?

That could be taken the wrong way in so many ways. Were you able to get it changed? You should complain. There error might have lost you bunnies.... I mean business.

I think they should reprint it for the same amount of time you paid for after they correct it.

Bearette- They ARE reprinting. I got an extra week to make up for their mistake. I don't officially have any clients, still only potential but thanks. :)
Purple Owl- After the initial anger passed, I was able to chortle myself. Maybe they should have written it "Come fool around with our business".
Stu- I DID complain...was not happy.
Suzy- I've always wanted to get twins in my daycare. I hope their dad calls back!

Bearette- I'd say ok to your husband, but....um....I think I'll have to stick with my age limit. (plus it might creep out the other parents)
